2025 NCC Annual Membership Meeting @ Baltimore VDC

Welcome to the BMW Baltimore VDC for our NCC Annual Meeting! This exclusive event will take place on Saturday, June 21st from 9a-3p ET. All BMW CCA members from across the US are welcome to join this incredible event with BMW specialists showing new-car preparation, new product & technology demonstrations, live demos and behind-the-scene tours.

BMWNA will be opening the Sparrows Point Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC) to all BMW CCA members and their guests for this very special event. We have an exclusive opportunity to not only visit this state-of-the-art facility, but take part in a larger event celebrating this year’s 50th anniversary of the BMW 3 Series and BMWNA.

We will be able to move around the VDC and meet with BMW specialists to showcase their products:

• 50th Anniversary of the BMW 3 Series and BMWNA – Join us to celebrate both the car and company that became synonymous with the Ultimate Driving Machine
• Next Gen Technology – discuss the upcoming technology of newly launched vehicles and engines
• VDC production tours – see what goes on at the VDC; receiving imported vehicles, dealer distribution hub, quality inspections, paint, repairs, etc

Very special guests from BMW will also be present for this event.  Stay tuned!!!

Tentative schedule

9:00am – 10:30am   Cars and Coffee at the VDC, featuring the exclusive BMW 3 Series Heritage Display!
10:30am – 12:00pm VDC Demos and Product Showcases
12:00pm – 1:00pm   Lunch
1:00pm – 2:30pm     State of the Club & Guest Speakers
2:30pm – 3:00pm     Prizes

This event is limited to the first 200 BMW CCA members and their registered guests and includes breakfast & lunch at the VDC.

This will be an extended weekend getaway for those coming from outside the Baltimore area. In addition to the NCC Annual Meeting at the VDC, see below for our Saturday evening dinner and our host hotel block:

1) Saturday evening dinner (Columbia, MD area)

We’ve reserved a private dining room to cap off an incredible day. Location and further instructions will be sent only to those registered as we have 50 total spots available. Please include your dinner headcount during overall VDC registration.

2) Host Hotel- Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport, 1020 Andover Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090

We have a limited block of rooms near BWI airport. Negotiated low rate of $144/night includes free breakfast, WiFi, and parking. The hotel is conveniently located near the BWI airport, but also within 30 mins of the VDC and Saturday night’s dinner location.

Submit your BMW for our 3 Series Heritage Display!

***To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the BMW 3 Series, we are creating an ‘All Chassis’ Heritage Display to be the centerpiece of this VDC event!!!***

Whether you own a classic BMW or modern M cars, this is your chance to showcase your vehicle at our annual membership meeting. We are looking for 3 Series of all chassis, both M and non-M are both eligible (E21, E30, E36, E46, E9X, F3X/F80, G20/G80). We will select 1 car from each chassis (7 cars total) and expect to have some really tough decisions…good luck!!!

How to participate: To be considered for a display slot, select ‘Submit your BMW 3 Series for Heritage Display’ during registration, answer all questions, and submit a picture. It’s that easy!

Selection Process & Deadline

Submitting your vehicle does not guarantee selection! All entries will be reviewed, and selected members will be notified several days before the VDC event. Winners will be required to show up early to stage their cars for this event, be prepared to arrive NLT 7:30am.
