Family Road Rally in Ponce, Puerto Rico!

Rally Information

South-Atlantic BMW CCA members, did you know we have an official BMW CCA chapter in Puerto Rico? They have graciously invited members from the mainland to join them for a fun-filled Family Road Rally in Ponce, Puerto Rico!

The rally will begin on Saturday morning in the lobby of the Ponce Hilton Hotel, where participants will receive instructions before heading out at 9:30 a.m. Each family will travel in their own vehicle along a predetermined route, answering questions and looking for clues based on things they discover along the way. The rally will conclude back at the Ponce Hilton around noon. Afterward, participants can enjoy lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool and socializing with friends while the answer sheets are reviewed and the winners are determined. The day will culminate with our Awards Ceremony at 6:00 p.m., held in a specially reserved area by the resort pool, followed by an optional group dinner at a local restaurant at 7:00 p.m. The Rally registration fee is $35 per vehicle.

Weekend Itinerary

Friday

  • 4:00 p.m. – Hotel check-in

Saturday

  • 8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. – Rally instructions and briefing in the hotel lobby
  • 9:30 a.m. – Rally begins
  • Around 12:00 p.m. – Rally concludes at the hotel
  • 12:00–5:00 p.m. – Lunch, pool time, and socializing at the resort
  • 5:00–6:00 p.m. – Free time to get ready for the evening
  • 6:00 p.m. – Awards Ceremony in the reserved pool area
  • 6:30–7:00 p.m. – Depart the hotel
  • 7:00 p.m. – Group dinner at a local restaurant

Sunday

  • 11:00 a.m. – Hotel check-out

This is a family-friendly event, and the rally is designed to be an enjoyable way to explore the area, work together as a family, and spend time with fellow members and friends.

Hotel cost for the Rally Event is $455.10.
This includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday for 2 adults and 2 children under 5 years old.
