Summer Creamery Tour

If you like farm-fresh ice creams and driving around on back roads in your Ultimate Driving Machine, join us for the Creamery Run driving tour on Saturday, August 29th, where we will drive on some great back roads, eat delicious ice cream, and support our local farms and shops.

The tour will begin at The Family Room in Laytonsville, MD again this year.  The Family Room is a charming small business that carries locally made gifts and goods, coffee drinks, and ice cream from South Mountain Creamery and Great Falls Creamery. https://www.thefamilyroomlaytonsville.com/ .  After departing from The Family Room, we will head to the Happy Cow Creamery. Happy Cow is a family-owned and operated dairy & beef cattle farm, offering farm fresh ice cream, raw cow milk, pasture raised beef & pork, artisan cheese, farm fresh eggs & local raw honey https://creameryathappycow.wixsite.com/happycowcreamerygran. The final leg of the tour will take us to South Mountain Creamery.  South Mountain Creamery is a family-owned farm, creamery, home delivery service, and wholesaler that has been operating in scenic Middletown, Maryland for over 25 years where you can choose from dairy products made on-site, including milk, ice cream, and butter. While at South Mountain Creamery, you can take a self-guided tour (with purchase of a $5 tour book for your group) or visit with the baby cows in the calf barn. https://southmountaincreamery.com/
